Yogesh GawaleFounder & Director.
Yogesh Gawale is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with 15 years of industry experience, comprising 11 years in the power distribution sector with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) as an Assistant Engineer, complemented by 4 years of experience in the industrial electrical sector.
His professional expertise encompasses electrical distribution networks, HT/LT infrastructure, industrial electrical systems, power system operations, technical coordination and field-level engineering management.
Drawing upon his extensive technical knowledge and diverse industry exposure, he founded Avikshit Electricals Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to deliver reliable, high-quality electrical engineering and infrastructure solutions.
His leadership philosophy emphasizes engineering excellence, uncompromising safety, professional integrity, operational efficiency and enduring client relationships.
